Refund policy

All returns requests are to be made directly through our customer services email and are usually dealt with within 24 hours: info@3wishescosmetics.com


If you have made a mistake or double purchased and need to cancel your order you have 24 hours to email us directly and we will cancel the order before it gets packaged and shipped.

If you receive the wrong order we will need a photographic image of your order via our email and we can ensure you receive your correct order right away.

 

If the goods are faulty or damaged we will need the parcel to be returned in a secure package to our address: 3wishes, 227 Oldham Road, Failsworth, Manchester, M350AY

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or not as described under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, however there is no right of cancellation, refund or return that exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product. Once we receive your faulty goods, we can decide as to whether a refund is applicable. You have 30 days from receiving your item to email or write to us.

 

Any goods sent back to us without prior approval will not be refunded and any costs included for this return will be passed onto the customer.

The cost of returning these goods is at your expense and we would always recommend the use of a tracked postage service such as Royal Mail’s Signed For service.

 

No refunds will be issued on mystery box promotional items.
